New toolkits – How to build a green and healthy community

Green & Healthy Frome | 0 comments

With our recent funding announcement, the Green & Healthy Frome team is busy making exciting plans for the next three years. As part of the wrapping up process for the Development Phase which covers the past two years of the programme, we have published a new set of toolkits.

Each toolkit tells the story of one of our six projects:

  • Storytelling
  • Future Shed
  • Choosing Wisely
  • Green Community Connectors
  • Healthy Homes
  • Cycle Together

With updated insights and impact, these new toolkits build on the series we published last summer to share our learnings from the Green & Healthy Frome programme. Whether you live locally or somewhere further afield, these toolkits aim to provide inspiration and guidance on how a community can come together to deliver action on climate and health.
