A Green & Healthy Frome case study delivered by the Climate Action Fund

Green & Healthy Frome is a unique partnership between Edventure, Frome Medical Practice and Frome Town Council, made possible thanks to the National Lottery Climate Action Fund. Our work covers 8 initiatives in and around Frome focused on the link between health, climate and the cost of living crisis.

We were kindly invited by the Climate Action Fund to create a case study showcasing the initiatives and the great work happening under Green & Healthy Frome.

Hear from our team leads all about the work and the impact these initiatives are having. Learn about how how you can join up with other people who are interested in green and healthy choices and activities.

Let’s make Frome a green and healthy place to live, together.

Want to be a part of Green & Healthy Frome?

There are so many different ways to get involved starting with improving your health all the way to joining a, or even starting your own, community group that align with your interests. There are so many ways to get involved, from home improvements to free e-bike loans, from repairing your clothes to learning more about local groups with a green and healthy focus. Together, we’re all doing our bit to make Frome a greener and healthier place to live.

A good place to start is with our monthly Green Connector workshop – hosted at Frome Medical Practice, these workshops help to share an understanding about how to live a healthier and greener life, provide information about where to find further resources and support across Frome and signpost you to all the incredible Green & Healthy initiatives happening in our town that you can get involved with.
