Frome food network

Bridging the gap between local people and local food.

The Frome Food Network is a growing collective of more than 150 local people, businesses, organisations and initiatives seeking to make Frome a more sustainable, dynamic and resilient food town. It achieves this through connections and collaborations within its membership. FFN members are involved in just about every angle of the local food environment – from growers, farmers and processors, through to restaurateurs, retailers, writers and policy informers.

The network also uses these connections to improve the relationship between residents and the food produced around them.

Visit the Frome Food Network website or contact Hugh Thomas on to find out more or get involved.

Sign up to the Frome Food Network e-newsletter, and The Wallfish Journal, a magazine newsletter about food and farming in and around Frome.

The Frome Food Network meets at various times and locations, with farm and garden tours, evening socials and meet ups – visit their Events page or Future Shed’s listings.

*Save the Date* – Halloween Harvest event on Sunday 29th October at the Cheese & Grain, Frome.

Read Frome Town Council’s commissioned report ‘Who Feeds Frome?’.

The Frome Food Network was born out of partnership working between Edventure’s Future Shed, Frome Town Council and the local community.
